Restaurants in Istanbul

Many of Istanbul's restaurants look out over the water. Banyan serves Asian-Turkish fusion by the Bosphorus, with an open kitchen and a glass-walled wine cellar, while 16 Roof, in Beşiktaş, spreads across several rooftop levels with DJs setting the pace. Gallada, a rooftop in Beyoğlu, folds Adana kebab into Asian-style dumplings.
