Housed in a former Art Nouveau post office, Les Brigittines is a culinary institution in Brussels. Chef Dirk Myny revisits traditional Belgian cuisine, marrying Flemish and Walloon flavors. The restaurant stands out for its preserved interior, with period paintings and original woodwork. On the menu, you'll find revisited classics such as the signature vol-au-vent or the "Zenne Pot", cabbage cooked in gueuze beer. This Art Nouveau gem, located in one of the oldest Art Deco houses in Brussels, has recently reopened its doors. The interior, designed by Paul Hamesse in 1904, has been beautifully restored. You'll find original benches by Henri Van de Velde and even an old tram integrated into the decor. Authentic Belgian cuisine is featured, with classics like waterzooi and Flemish carbonnade. A selection of 30 Belgian beers is offered. The venue has classified lounges for private events and a back terrace, offering an experience combining architectural history and gastronomy.

In an 18th-century building, In 't Spinnekopke is a true estaminet in the heart of Brussels. The interior, decorated with woodwork and mirrors, creates a warm atmosphere. The menu offers Flemish specialties such as carbonnade, vol-au-vent, and mussels, as well as vegetarian options. A large selection of local beers, including Lambic and Geuze, completes the offer.
